We can accept one of the following as an alternative to a utility bill or bank statement:
- Traditional Bank Statement - These are accepted. MONZO/Starling/Revolut, which are an online banking service, are accepted statements. Please Note – We can accept any of these statements without a visible document date, so long as the transaction dates are visible
- Credit Card Statements/Bills (must be within 3-months)
- Phone / Broadband Bills – this includes mobiles
- Utility Bill (Gas, Water or Electric)
- Tenancy Agreement (must be within 6-months of start date)
- Car Insurance Statement (not a quote)- The policy number must be visible confirming the insurance
- Student Finance (statement must confirm finance with individual specific account numbers)
- Poll Card
- Bank Bill/Statement
- Council Tax Bill/Statement (must be within 6 months)
- HMRC - Needs to be a statement (must be within 6 months) e.g., P60, P45, etc.
- Insurance Document - Needs to be a statement, not a quote (must be recent 6 months)
- Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA)
- Debt Letters
- Pre-Reg / No Deposit accounts: Providing this type of document will be subject to further checks by our advisors.
International Players (Non-UK)

- Confirmation from an electoral register that a person of that name lives at that address
- Local Government rent card or tenancy agreement
- Official Government tax document
- Poll Card
