How do I set a cooling-off period?

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Click on Safer Gambling > Cooling Off
  3. Select the duration of your cool down period
  4. Click update to confirm

After your cool-off period is confirmed, this cannot be reversed until the cool-off period has ended so please ensure to pick a time you are happy with. Once you have returned from a cool-off period, you will be able to access your account as normal.
